You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with the this Terms of Use, We shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the Platform and refuse to provide You with access to the Platform.

Your mobile phone number and/or e-mail address is treated as Your primary identifier on the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that Your mobile phone number and your email address is up to date on the Platform at all times. You agree to notify Us promptly if your mobile phone number or e-mail address changes by updating the same on the Platform through a onetime password verification.

  2. Amita Art Alchemy makes the presentation of the self-created art work- item-specifics (such as legal title, creditworthiness, identity, etc) not of any other Users. 
  3. You are advised to independently verify the bona fides of any particular User that You choose to deal with on the Platform and use Your best judgment in that behalf.
  4. Amita art Alchemy – is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered.

Prices, taxes, and delivery

All prices are stated inclusive of VAT and other taxes. The applicable price is the one stated herein with respect to the relevant product on the date of placing the order.

The Company reserves the right to amend any prices incorrectly stated on this website. Furthermore, Company reserves the right to amend any prices, taxes, and/or other costs stated on this website at any time, e.g. due to changes in VAT rates or other public fees and charges, increased costs, or as a result of the general development in retail prices.

Delivery & Shipping

All products ordered will be shipped to all parts of India with an approximate shipping time of 7-10 working days. We are unable to process any orders on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery

  1. Our delivery partners will attempt to complete your delivery thrice before the item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address while placing your order.

  3. Due to varying item availability, orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own individual tracking number, which can be tracked on the Track Order page under the same order number.

Return of goods

Please visit to our website to be a smooth and satisfying experience. In order to achieve this, we strive to deliver your desired product in a timely manner. However, if you do not feel 100% satisfied with your purchase, we provide returns to make sure you have a seamless experience with us.

We guarantee a full refund within 7-10 working days for all orders that fall under the following categories:

All Return requests for incorrect products made within 48 hours of the delivery date will be managed with the utmost efficiency. However, requests for these cases made after 48 hours is subject to refusal.
